What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number and message you enter. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and the pages you visited, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest before taking on a matter. We don't sell it, and we don't share it except with the services that run this site and our email.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't become matters are deleted after two years. Client files are kept as the rules for lawyers require.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you've sent by emailing hello@tranpropertylaw.com.
