Lena Tran

Attorney, Tran Property Law

A real estate lawyer who quotes her work before she starts it.

Lena grew up above her family's hardware store on a street much like High Street, and she learned early what a lease could do to a small business. She worked at a title company before opening her own practice, reading the kinds of problems that stall closings.

She keeps the practice small on purpose: residential sales, small landlords, and the title problems in between. Every matter has one flat fee, agreed before the work starts, and one lawyer who answers the phone.

The office

One lawyer, one office, one fee

The office is on High Street, a short walk from the ferry landing. Clients sign at the desk by the window, or from wherever they live now with a notary we arrange.

Because it's one lawyer, you won't be handed to someone new halfway through. Lena reads your file, takes your calls and sits with you at closing.
